Not content to trample on Americans’ Second Amendment rights, the gun control crowd is fixing to similarly trample on their First Amendment rights as well.
In the latest move of it’s kind, popular Youtube personality Hickok45 had his account suspended by Google for allegedly violating it’s terms of service. Needless to say, Hickok45 was shocked by the suspension. He never posted anything objectionable, so why should Google ban his account?
See, Hickok45’s channel featured videos of him handling and talking about firearms. He had made a name for himself as a gun enthusiast, with over 1.7 million Youtube users subscribing to his channel. But that all changed this Wednesday when his most recent video was automatically posted to Google+.
Shortly after the video was posted on the site, Hickok45 was informed that his account had been suspended without any actual explanation. He took to Facebook to express his confusion, writing, “Apparently, Google + is more sensitive about firearms related postings and such. I never use Google+ and did not even realize the videos were being posted over there, I guess.”

Lol only the government has to respect your first amendment….not private companies…..morons…..if private companies had to respect your first amendment rights you’d have free speech at work….but you don’t.
It’s youtube. You have no First Amendment right to post to youtube. It’s their show, they can make the rules for it. Real simple folks.
Glenn Curtis YES IT IS. Dumb$#%&!@* THEY OWN IT.
Funniest tinfoilhat$#%&!@*I have read in a while. What happens to this theory next January? get back with me on that ok?
So how are rape videos and videos of people dying not a violation of terms of service?
that guys channel is awesome!! whats the big deal?
Again?
Good point Ryan Ransom… But that is not true in all cases. Tell that to that cake shop owner that refused service to a gay couple who wanted to have them make a wedding cake. The bakery was forced to pay.
It seems that some of the things in the bill of rights are cherished at the same time other things in there are ignored.
The cake shop owner made one big mistake. Making it known the reason service was refused was due to their sexual orientation. And it was a civil case that was lost not a criminal case.
Simple answer is to start another social media page similar to YouTube but that is open to all people without censoring…it’s called a free market. Call it the Free Tube and watch how many people flock to it and away from the Commie YouTube channel. Trust me, YouTube is not too big to fail.
