Still doesn’t excuse a LACK OF COMMON SENSE, besides HIS ‘hole’ was within legal limits and he was cited for ‘metal implements’ and TOLD it was ONLY because he requested to know the ordinance # and exact wording. SO HE WAS ONLY TICKETED FOR QUESTIONING AN OVER OBSESSED COP!
