Our land of the free. There are literally countless, COUNTLESS laws like this that we have allowed throughout our whole lives. Luckly the cop wasnt having a bad day. He couldve went to jail. Then if a judge was having a bad day, he couldve sat in jail for years awaiting his “constitutional” right to a speedy trial. You think thats an exaggeration?? It’s not!! That is the absolute truth of what our “law” system has become.
