Is it legal for stories to keep items commonly stolen under lock and key? Not if they’re items purchased [ahem stolen actually…] by minorities and represented by the infamous attorney Gloria Allred. See a video exposé on this woman on the next page.
A California woman is suing Walmart for racial discrimination after she went to the store to buy a product and was shocked to discover it was kept behind locked doors. The lady is claiming the product being kept under lock and key was only being stored so due to race, NOT the fact it is every major store’s policy to keep items frequently stolen in locked cases.
Essie Grundy starts out her campaign of social justice warrior-esque vigilance in the most prominent way possible by holding a press conference in which she decries the abuses she faces as an African-American woman in “racist” America.
The real question in all of this is will Walmart be able to retain their legal right to keep items [coincidently..] commonly stolen by people of color under lock and key? Like they do for every other item commonly stolen by a homo sapien. Are we or are we not supposed to “see color”?

Money that she doesn’t have to work for
I’m suing WalMart for locking up their diamond jewelry so I can’t steal it !!! lol
I’m a Bearded American. It offends me that the corner drug store locks up the $35 box of razor cartridges in a secure case. It’s offensive, and seems to suggest that we Bearded Americans are somehow not capable of resisting the urge to steal razors and social justice, and racism, and bigots, and Russia did it…ER somethin’.
Easy money
So she’s pissed she couldn’t steal?
And of course Gloria is there another leech
No case. All stores, at their sole discretion, can restrict access to high theft items. Not surprising to see ambulance chaser Allred involved.
Well if you would stop STEALING there would not be a problem!!!
What a load if c**p.
A store has the right to protect its merchandise. If it’s expensive, and it keeps getting stolen, then they have the right to protect their merchandise. I’m sure it was not a racial move. It’s too bad this is how it’s thought as. are we going to have a gender move when they start locking up the tampons? I mean condoms often are behind the counter because they’re stolen. So now are we going to have a movement against men because they can’t have free reign to condoms? Where does this stop? This is absolutely getting ridiculous.
Maybe men should start standing up for their rights do you have access to condoms. How about people with allergies, have the right to March and scream and cry because they can’t get to their allergy medicine because it’s locked up behind counter because people steal it are by too much of it to make illegal drugs. There are reasons why things are locked up. Time to all grow up!!
