As if air travel wasn’t big enough of an inconvenience, airlines have started engaging in a practice that will make many sick to their stomach – literally, in some cases.
Petra Haluska had the misfortune to learn about this disturbing development after landing in Perth, Australia after a flight. Michael Fuson actually when you go into a foreign country you only have the rights that country affords you, if any
I have a respiratory problem it could have sent me to an ER or a morgue. If they need to do that it should be removed from service and aired out. I’m not the only person with respiratory or health issues that the sprat could have a fatal impact on.
What is there to prove they are not spraying poison so they can lower the world’s population??!!
Don’t ask about spraying
I would certainly be freaked by that. But to have cops$#%&!@*you off the plane is uncalled for. You didn’t do anything wrong
Stop posting old news!
I went through this spraying when I was in the South Pacific years ago. It’s not that uncommon. I was flying to Figi & they sprayed the overhead bins before we got off. Our luggage was also kept at the airport & sprayed & delivered to our hotel later. Foreign insects can ruin crops which is why they do it.
They have to spray before anyone removes luggage in case there are stow away bugs. You can call your airline & ask about spraying before you travel.
Australia has been spraying for as long as I can remember. Been traveling 45 years and I’m still healthy.
