As if air travel wasn’t big enough of an inconvenience, airlines have started engaging in a practice that will make many sick to their stomach – literally, in some cases.
Petra Haluska had the misfortune to learn about this disturbing development after landing in Perth, Australia after a flight. I’ve been in line with some people who could have used a little spray…
That’s why I don’t fly
This has been going on for DECADES in Australia. Completely useless. I use to just go under a blanket for awhile to allow the spray to settle.
Sleeping gas. It’s cheaper then feeding you.
They ain’t messing around, i flew into Australia and of course im pretty delirious from the flight, i made jokes. The captain came on and told everyone that this was serious and not a joke. The people stared me back in the seat.
Our plane into Jamaica 29 years ago was “disinsected” through the vents. Don’t recall it happening on any other flights. I remember seeing video of Princess Diana moving her arms around to dissipate the insecticide as her plane was sprayed upon landing in Australia.
We are the bugs!
Keep asking the question. Hopefully it will become a major inconvenience for them.
If it was to sterilize the plane for germs that would be good but bug spray doesn’t sterilize it kills bugs and says it shouldn’t be inhaled and only should be done with ventilation. Dah!
Listen to your own voice, your own soul, too many people listen to the noise of the world, instead of themselves.
