According to a professor from Japan’s Fukushima University Institute of Environmental Radioactivity, North America’s West Coast will be hit with around 800 trillion becquerels (800 tera becquerel) of Cesium-137 by 2016.
Cesium-137 is among the most common of heavy fission products and poses a persistent hazard with a half-life of about 30 years.

We’re OBAMA at west coast I hope
Can I get a glad I don’t live on the West Coast?
I’ve known this since the earthquake. Now the consquences. but with this El Nino, the fish that are usaually in Mexican waters, are they safe to eat? The way the jet stream flows, I woud hope to think these fish were safe. But don’t know any organization that would have this info. I don’t want to stop eating tuna, but is it safe?
What is even more appealing is the fact that our own EPA poison our lands and no ones head is on a stick yet! Seems accountability in this Country is not a necessary attribute. “But hey, what difference does it make?!”
send all of the illegals there to clean it up–cheap & expendable & EASILY REPLACED
