Weaponized Ethnic Extinction at the Genetic Level

ETC Group (pronounced “et cetera”) rose out of a foundation that has its roots back in the Industrial Age of the United States when the government was taking advantage of farmers and farming communities in which the oppressed had no recourse or advocates at the federal level.

Once the job of representation of farmers was a done deal, the Rural Advancement Foundation International (RAFI) fractured and ETC Group was born.  Jim Thomas, the co-director of the organization, is a hard-hitting, no-nonsense type of researcher and investigator and has been a hawk on the use of nanotechnology, genetics, and food manipulation for many years.  His work has been utilized by many groups who are concerned with the growing frequency of GMOs and genetic branches of research that appear to be breaching the wall between bioethics and mad scientist-type research.

In a recent address to the Human Rights Council in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin off-handedly spoke of an effort by an unknown entity to harvest genetic materials from many of his nation’s citizens.

“Do you know that biological material is being collected all over the country, from different ethnic groups and people living in different geographical regions of the Russian Federation? The question is – why is it being done? It’s being done purposefully and professionally. We are a kind of object of great interest.”

While Putin didn’t speculate on who might be doing this, he did seem quite interested in the research, adding:  “Let them do what they want, and we must do what we must.”

Chilling, to say the least.

That one quote caught the attention of ETC Group’s Thomas and he began researching the off-the-cuff claim.  What he found was truly astounding and seemed nearly a foray into a Ridley Scott alien film!

Read on the next page about who was behind this collection of genetic materials inside Russia and why it was being done in the first place!
