Walmart has been installing facial recognition cameras at eye level in the entrances of their new store fronts for some time now. These cameras not only have the ability to cross reference you with social media networks to put a name with the face, but utilzes software that has the ability to ascertain a great many things about the environment. How much exactly is unknown, but in the video on the next page you can see that it not only tracks faces, but can categorize objects and motion.

Great looking targets
I agree. I know this sounds crazy but there is a very elaborate underground bunker in Jane MO right on the MO/ARK stateline (bear with me I’m not a computer guy) that is basically the main server/computer whatever u call it for every Wal-Mart store in north America. I’m an electrician and was there during the construction. 4 foot thick floors, walls, and ceiling, whole place full of rows and rows of server racks, tons cabling and battery backup, transfer switches and generator power everywhere. All under armed guard, they even planted trees on top to camouflage it from the air. Rumor was they had a deal with the govt for them to be able to use it as a command post should something major ever happen. When 9/11 happened that whole area was swarming with federal vehicles and several semi trucks were in and out of the place.
Folks. They tested his in only nine stores , but then discontinued them for lack of return investment.
But alot of other stores use them to catch shoplifters.
many of you know nothing about what you are talking about…. but thanks for the laughs…..
It is kind of a big deal. If these were used to find REAL criminals then our cities would be a lot safer. But that’s not what they are being used for.
You all had to see this coming! The government can not do it yet but they sure can get private company’s too. What do you think the meetings with Walmart at the White House were about, the latest sales?
Click bait
Another reason NOT to shop at Walmart.
