A man in northwest Bexar County near San Antonio, Texas was killed after deputies gunned him down seconds after he raised his hands in surrender.
Police were called on a report that he had assaulted a woman and an infant inside their residence. The officials say that when deputies arrived they observed that the woman was bleeding from her head and “holding a baby who appeared to possibly have been injured,” local news reports.

With cops getting shot just for doing their jobs, who can blame them? They need to patrol in pairs, and with gun in hand.
looks like he is drawing down to shoot to me
Looks like he went for his waist right before they fired.
Jeff Lang, I have personally seen two Wayne county (Detroit) deputies push someone down an elevator shaft, to his death, simply for telling him he’d file a complaint against them for antagonizing him. You’re telling me, given that these two deputies were in the situation occurring in this video, that they would not find a way for the victim to put his hands down so he could legally kill him in that method? You have to realize.. Badges don’t grant extra rights, and he must be indicted as per law.
