Maybe the guy is a little hard of hearing… I am and there is no way I could hear what he said unless I was within 4 maybe 5 feet of him… Too many cops have the shoot first ask questions later mentality… I guess that is what they are taught now a days… If cops fear for their lives so easily then maybe they need another line of work
