Investigate , meaning , find a probable cause to issue a fraudulent ticket without a bond to take even more money out of the people who we force to pay us in the first place or we’ll shoot/throw them in cages . sounds more like organized crime with head honcho having a monopoly on everything and cloaking tyranny under the hood of “federal”.
Yeah got stopped once because wife was not wearing seatbelt, as to search my car I said no not because of a seatbelt violation, he then called the canine unit and made me step out of the car while the dog went around my vehicle smelling, after not find anything, I was let go with a $20 ticket.
I was also stopped in the street in front of my house walking, the cops ask to search me I told them no, I was then $#%&!@*aulted put in handcuffs and arrested for disorderly conduct. carry the charges to a grand jury was not indicted, now if I could just get my thousand dollars back that I paid for bond, no that went to the sheriff’s cousin who is the bondsman,lol true story
It’s outright fraud , and wrongly, those cases like that happens every day.
