Tasered and pepper sprayed in his bedroom by Arizona police, Kyle Cardenas, a US Army combat veteran with the 82nd Airborne Division, who served two tours of duty in Iraq and was honorably discharged in 2006, suffers from “intense signs of PTSD”. He has filed a notice of claim against the Gilbert Police department for using excessive force.
The VA crisis hotline was called by Kyle’s family on his behalf, seeking a crisis team to come to their home. They specifically asked that the police not be called, unfortunately the VA ignored the request.
Police arrived at the house and Kyle tried to have his dog attack them, while also slamming the door in their face. The police told him that he was being detained.
Things went from bad to hell very quickly. View the video and the list of abuses that Kyle endured at the hands of the police on the next page.
Police lie! It is part of their job!
They can lie to you all they want but, if you lie to them, that is a felony!
Think about that.
Officers have already admitted lying, falsifying reports, planting evidence – all part of the game.
Did you know drug dogs give a false positive 60% of the time and can be trained to give a false positive on command?
If they can create “reasonable suspicion”/probable cause in such a manner, search you or your property illegally and confiscate any valuables you have, because of the “war on drugs,” under “civil asset forfeiture” laws and never have to charge you with a crime? They just take it and, if you want it back, pony up money, lots of it, for lawyers.
Just FYI for ya, in case you didn’t know.
That is the so called “justice” system today.
Just FYI
I will bet if I went to Syria , my chances of being killed by a terrorist would be 58 times greater than being killed by a police officer.

” I will bet if I went to Syria , my chances of being killed by a terrorist would be 58 times greater than being killed by a police officer.”
Not really because if you got killed, it would most likely be by American made weapons.
Do you know the real reasons for the war against Syria, btw, and who the US, Israel and the Saudis are supporting.
Isis IS a creation of those three. They have been stealing oil, gas and grabbing land on behalf of Israel.
Just FYI.

Are you capable of thinking or is emotional, knee jerk responses all you have?
How does a man be a “good” officer and work at Auschwitz to “change the system from within”?
Try answering that and you’ll answer your own “change the system from within” question.

I noticed you’re in Pa.
Go to the CopBlock website and do searches for Philly, Pittsburg, etc.
See what the police in your state are doing. Try it on Google.
No way to treat a human being, ANY human being no matter what.
Don’t hold your breath. He isn’t the fjrst vet or American to have this happen and most never make the airwaves.
Yeah. Things are done a little different than they were back in Nam. Paramedics don’t go out to mentally ill and suicidal persons calls until it’s made safe for them to do so. Unfortunately, people suffering from mental health issues don’t always recognize that people are trying to help them and most Paramedics aren’t trained, equipped or paid to properly protect themselves from someone whom, because of his illness, thinks he’s being attacked by Al-queda, the Viet Kong, zombies, aliens, whatever. I doubt the police ( many are ex-military ) went there with the intent to beat up a veteran. They probably either explained why they were there, or never got a chance to before he allegedly slammed the door on them. Now they have a mentally ill, agitated, military trained person, with possible access to weapons. Do they wait him out and hope he doesn’t kill himself and anyone else in the house. Or we could leave….and hope he doesn’t go on a mass killing spree and then kill himself….or we can go in and try to subdue him using the non lethal tools we have. Do people sometimes get hurt? Absolutely. You would prefer it to be the police or paramedics? Sorry. Not going to let that happen.
Jerry Deaton really hurt when someone speak a truth you cannot personally own doesn’t it? Own this Jerry. Admitting you have a problem is the first step.
Is there not specific training on how to de-escalate a situation when there is a mentally unstable person involved? Or at least how to subdue them without causing physical harm? Unless you have been there, you really have no idea what our veterans have witnessed or endured…..some have been to hell and back…so, come on officers….you know yourself what it’s like to be under attack….help our veterans!
