Tasered and pepper sprayed in his bedroom by Arizona police, Kyle Cardenas, a US Army combat veteran with the 82nd Airborne Division, who served two tours of duty in Iraq and was honorably discharged in 2006, suffers from “intense signs of PTSD”. He has filed a notice of claim against the Gilbert Police department for using excessive force.
The VA crisis hotline was called by Kyle’s family on his behalf, seeking a crisis team to come to their home. They specifically asked that the police not be called, unfortunately the VA ignored the request.
Police arrived at the house and Kyle tried to have his dog attack them, while also slamming the door in their face. The police told him that he was being detained.
Things went from bad to hell very quickly. View the video and the list of abuses that Kyle endured at the hands of the police on the next page.
WERE THOSE COP TRAINED IN OREGON BY THE BACKSHOOTERS,
Let us see what happened. Do not pre-judged.
Paul,
I agree but they were long before Obama and we can thank, in part, the phony “war on drugs” for it.
They didn’t face the equivalent of a military weaponized, fascist, police force that has been trained by the Israeli IDF to view us as “the enemy,” either.
The big question is WHY.
Just because he was a bet does not make him angelic.
And just because cops wear a cute costume doesn’t make them incorruptible.
Fact is, police have, literally, beat to death or gunned down more unarmed Americans than terrorists have killed and the number of US soldiers killed in Iraq.
This isn’t the first time police have beat to death/shot vets either.
If you would like to really know the crimes and brutality of the police, follow http://www.copblock.org, filming police, The Counted by the Guardian, photography is not a crime, etc.
Do the same to those cops, then make sure all of them go to jail if this is real just another ploy to create hate on the cops
Jerry Blair NO police have not beat to death 5000 people. Site your source or shut the Hell up.
Jerry Deaton your just a troll with nothing betwee. The ears
Eric,
It is real. It isn’t the first time a vet got beat to death in police custody and it certainly isn’t the first time police have literally beat to death or gunned down unarmed Americans.
Since 9/11, only 26 Americans have been allegedly killed by terrorists.
In the same time, police have beat to death or shot over 5,000+ Americans; more than terrorists or the number of US soldiers killed in Iraq.
There is no “war on cops!” The war is against “we the people!”
The most the officers received for killing, even the beating death of the homeless man, Kelly Thomas, was a paid vacation called “administrative leave.”
It is extremely rare that officers who have killed innocent, unarmed people to even be prosecuted let alone found guilty of murder as you and I would if in the same situation doing the same thing.
That isn’t justice! That is creating military armed, govt protected, Gestapo-esque, overlords to do police’s first duty; keeping slaves in line and returning runaway slaves to their masters!
