The Environmental Protection Agency was created in 1970 to address legitimate concerns regarding pollution and contaminants that were potentially dangerous and needed to be managed.
Since then, however, it has become a rogue federal agency of some 18,000 employees issuing unconstitutional mandates and living off of huge, unreasonable fines against businesses and individuals that it targets, and that do not have the means to fight the out-of-control behemoth. The EPA levied a fine against the Wal-Mart Corporation of $110 million for the improper disposal of pesticide products returned to their stores, and the list goes on.
Another story in the news deals with a 77-year old Montana resident who simply wanted to provide watering holes on his property for his horses and to protect his property from fire. The EPA instead has decided to make an example of the senior citizen and to completely destroy his life.

Let’s be honest here This man is getting punished for not giving his hard earned money to the EPA for water that the good Lord have us for free. They want to dip there fingers into everyone’s pockets.
But if land is owned by a corporation, they can build a pond with a fountain, built all for looks and no actual use, that’s ok. Just as long as they pay the EPA for the right to do it, whether or not it’s good or bad for the environment, does not matter. It’s his land!! Leave him alone to do what HE WANTS with it.
I pray President Trump will do something to put these bureaucrats in there please.
What people do on their own property is no elses business but their own. How exactly is he harming the ecosystem by digging ponds? Not only does his ponds provide drinking water for his horses but it provides drinking water for deer, elk, and other animals. Not mention it also creates wetlands for numerous other species. Since their going after people for making ponds. Then they should go after beavers as well since they to make ponds where there weren’t any before.
This is so sad.
Outrageous. This man done nothing wrong. He just provided water for his horses etc. Our law systems stinks. He needs to be set free so he can take care of his horses and other animals he may have.
