Veteran Jonathan Montano was brutally beaten to death by VA police in Loma Linda, CA for trying to leave the hospital after waiting 4 hours with a needle in his arm.
His widow recently filed suit. The couple had been married for 44 years.

they should be put in prison
Get them off duty and give them some street justice with a couple of ropes.
This is outragous!!!!!!!!!
One day the vets are gonna get together again and all this abuse is gonna be stopped !!! Guess its gonna be up to the Vets to start taking care of the problems cause the damn politicians won’t do anything !!!
It’s as if the Left is trying to see just how much they can push, how much they can get away with until the American People say NO MORE. When and if that day comes the Left will rue the day. To Quote Japanese Admiral Yamamoto after the Pearl Harbor attack, “I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve”
sad very sad !!
And the Dr tried to cover it up by lying to the widow.
So sad what has become of America.
So sorry for the brutality and loss. This happened in 2011 and has more than likely long since settled why is it being brought up now like it is new?
My question is, why the big deal over him leaving???? What was it going to hurt. If he was that old and in such condition to need dialysis then they didn’t need to use such force. Unless they didn’t want him talking to another hospital about how long he had to wait.
