26-year-old Brandon Raub, a decorated U.S. veteran who has served tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, was arrested on Aug. 16, 2012 by local police, Secret Service and FBI agents for posts he made on Facebook.
No charges were actually levied against Raub, yet he was arrested and eventually involuntarily thrown into a mental hospital for making his anti-government, anti-Obama posts on social media.
Coming to the veteran’s aid was attorneys from the Rutherford Institute, who challenged the government’s actions as a violation of Raub’s First and Fourth Amendment rights…

This is not right im beginning to think someone is giving orders to those judges and i think i know who the supreme courts have been doing double duty since gay marriages began
Pretty sad when they are stopping 1st Amendment voice, if their is threats that is one thing but dosent sound like thats the case. I think they are trying to silence & remove veterans they “feel” threatened by!!!
No mention of what he actually posted, but you all are outraged? Opinions are one thing, but posting serious threats can show you your right to be arrested and shoved into a cell.

CORY just because thay are a private organization that means nothing. Any time you provide goods and services to the public thhay are bound by law to follow al civil and federal law. Yes thay have a contract to sign. When thay violate the contract it become nill and void. Thay violated the Cons$#%&!@*ution.so there for thay are guilty of a crime.
