On Dec. 31, 2014 Utah began the process to retake 31.2 million acres of its own land previously under the control of the federal government. Utah consists of 54.3 million acres, so Washington was controlling more than 65% the state.
The “Transfer of Public Lands Act”, signed by Utah Gov. Gary Herbert in 2012, is an unprecedented move that directly challenges the authority of the federal government.
Now, since the reclaim has taken place, Utah is gearing up to fight the feds.
MOVE ON TO PAGE 2:
oregon , TAKE NOTE !!
that just broke Harry Reids heart
Go Utah
WIPE OUT CRIMINALS IN GOVERNMENT N O W !
Federal government can’t own land or take it. In the constitution
What is their intent. If it’s like the Republican agenda to sell it off and mine it or drill for oil I’d say take these assholes outback and bury them somewhere in it… Scumbags will not destroy this country anymore!
This is why the Feds murdered LaVoy Finnicam. He was trying to take a stand and save the land…..No One has been held accountable for his murder even with a number of witnesses…
This will cost Utah over 3 million tax dollars, it will not pass, and all Utah will do is sell it. Utah has sold millions of acres already and just wants to sell this land. Utah doesn’t even have funds to manage these lands. THIS IS OUR LAND PEOPLE, IF UTAH TAKES IT OVER THERE JUST GOING TO SELL IT LIKE EVERY OTHER TIME.
These are lands owned by the American people ” A trust for the future.” They are managed by federal government. If they are given to Utah they will be sold. Look at the track record. Business are funding this movement in order to buy public lands. ” please stop, if this keeps up there will be no hunting or shooting of any kind in Utah.
No worries Utah….betcha Trump will give it back….
