On Dec. 31, 2014 Utah began the process to retake 31.2 million acres of its own land previously under the control of the federal government. Utah consists of 54.3 million acres, so Washington was controlling more than 65% the state.
The “Transfer of Public Lands Act”, signed by Utah Gov. Gary Herbert in 2012, is an unprecedented move that directly challenges the authority of the federal government.
Now, since the reclaim has taken place, Utah is gearing up to fight the feds.
MOVE ON TO PAGE 2:
Good news.
It’s simply obama and the left.
Get ready man. We will fight
Go Utah go lead the nation.
where did all the water go
That’s not my point. The Federal Government owns way too much land that exceeds their actual needs and from my perspective these lands should be returned back to the citizen of the states. The last I recall the United Staes of America is its Citizens made up of 50 states, not the other way around. That is precisely our national problem, a Federal Government that has forgotten that it’s not an eni$#%&!@*y unto itself seperate from the American citizens.
Go Utah!!!!
Why the west? Anyone wonder??
Check Utah history and U. S. History. Utah left this land unclaimed at gave control of it over to the Federal government. Now that there is money to be had from minerals and oil etc. the state want the land back. If they (utah) gets the land back they should have to pay the Feds (us) back for 100+ years of stewardship for using our tax dollars to administer this land that they didn’t want.
This does not surprise me one bit. The Jade Helm “exercise ” is here in Texas, or will be soon. We will be under martial law before you know it and there won’t be an election to get Obama out. Scary times.
