On Dec. 31, 2014 Utah began the process to retake 31.2 million acres of its own land previously under the control of the federal government. Utah consists of 54.3 million acres, so Washington was controlling more than 65% the state.
The “Transfer of Public Lands Act”, signed by Utah Gov. Gary Herbert in 2012, is an unprecedented move that directly challenges the authority of the federal government.
Now, since the reclaim has taken place, Utah is gearing up to fight the feds.
MOVE ON TO PAGE 2:
way to go Utah-
we just need to get rid of ALL politicians
You don’t have the right to ANY privacy anymore (4th amendment). Doesn’t sound like THAT big of a deal, right?
Well, it is everything.
@[100004054584013:2048:Sheri] that’s awesome!
I also posted it on my wall Eddie:)
How funny. 30% of Utah’s state budget is federal money. They get $1.70 back for every $1.00 they send Washington. They have twice as many Federal employees, per 1,000 residents as non-federal.
More than half of the land West of Kansas is Federal land. This seems a bit too much. Hopefully Utah is successful in this effort to take the Federal land that is within their borders. Then maybe the rest of us could do the same. Of course, the Federales would label us hostile, as they did Utah.
Rebuild the government. At least 100 million of us are thinking the same thing.
here comes jade don’t go to walmart put up a fight
Wait until all the 48 states become hostile! 🙂
