On Dec. 31, 2014 Utah began the process to retake 31.2 million acres of its own land previously under the control of the federal government. Utah consists of 54.3 million acres, so Washington was controlling more than 65% the state.
The “Transfer of Public Lands Act”, signed by Utah Gov. Gary Herbert in 2012, is an unprecedented move that directly challenges the authority of the federal government.
Now, since the reclaim has taken place, Utah is gearing up to fight the feds.

what is the true story here??? is it state’s rights or resource exploitation to the highest bidder?? —
That’s native land they plan to steal.
Well, I for one am glad. The federal government is overstepping its reach.
Seriously?? How about the landscape is similar to the Middle East. Same reason troops during Viet Nam went through survival training in the jungle and not the desert. Or camoflage fatigues and army vehicles went from green to tan. Or as you seem to be suggesting it is so they can travel unobserved into Utah. What a freaking bunch of idiots you guys are. Folks who have probably never spent one day in the military. I know it is true of at least one of you.
Then there is always this. And this is the truth. http://www.myutahparks.com/kolob-canyons/
Morman Wars, 1854-1858, U.S, Grant came to power via overthrow of Utah’s government by US forces. The US govt. hasn’t changed.
Does the U.S. own parts of Texas or have we resisted?
ALL of YOU need to check out what he is doing with the Jade Helm stuff !!!!
