On Dec. 31, 2014 Utah began the process to retake 31.2 million acres of its own land previously under the control of the federal government. Utah consists of 54.3 million acres, so Washington was controlling more than 65% the state.
The “Transfer of Public Lands Act”, signed by Utah Gov. Gary Herbert in 2012, is an unprecedented move that directly challenges the authority of the federal government.
Now, since the reclaim has taken place, Utah is gearing up to fight the feds.
MOVE ON TO PAGE 2:
GOOD!!!! It’s not the property of the U.S. govt.
The land in question never belonged to the state, so the $#%&!@*le of this is wrong. Their attempted theft of federal land violates our Cons$#%&!@*ution. This is just a move to get the land and sell off that land and resources to cronies
Haha! People actually believe this $#%&!@*
Every state needs to do this
What does “hostle” mean?
THATS WHY OVOMIT HAS CALLED THEM A HOSTILE STATE
Bwahahahahahahaha! Funny, I was just in Utah. Federal land with federal employees everywhere. Just wait until these $#%&!@*hats try to sell some of that “reclaimed” land to a corporation.
They want control of the land so they can sell it to Canada so they can continue fracking and destroying our preserved land or China to purchase to increase their power in our country.
Is there any truth to this story ? …… It sounds to me like it has no basis in truth ……. Sounds like a story made up to stir people up and get responses ……… Can anyone prove that this is real ? ……. 😀
GO UTAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
