On Dec. 31, 2014 Utah began the process to retake 31.2 million acres of its own land previously under the control of the federal government. Utah consists of 54.3 million acres, so Washington was controlling more than 65% the state.
The “Transfer of Public Lands Act”, signed by Utah Gov. Gary Herbert in 2012, is an unprecedented move that directly challenges the authority of the federal government.
Now, since the reclaim has taken place, Utah is gearing up to fight the feds.
MOVE ON TO PAGE 2:
Fantastic!
Bet Utah doesn’t get the land Clinton declared a national park because it contained a huge bed of coal.
Bravo!!!
I don’t know how many of you remember that Oscumba used a lot of the national parks and federal land as backup for the loans, if we don’t pay it back it will belong to the Chinese
Go Utah!
I predict that AGENDA 21 is going to rear up and be at the basis of some hot and heavy battles. However, ALL states should do the same thing BEFORE this moves into litigation and/or Agenda 21 is put into action. If ALL states were bound by the same objectives, the FED is rendered lame and can do nothing. It is high time all 50 states (or obama’s 57) get into gear, no matter whether red or blue, and put the FED in their place, while taking back their legitimate powers.
YAY Utah, way to go….keep up the good fight
This is what every state should do. The federal government has no authority other than what is specifically granted to it by the Constitution. Nowhere within it does it grant the federal government the authority to own property other than the 10 square miles of Washington DC. For that matter nowhere does it grant the federal government the authority to create agencies so the FBI, DEA, BLM,ATF and all other alphabet agencies are illegal, and have no legal authority.

Are they going to give it back to the Indians?
