Elections obviously have consequences, and one of those is manifested in the impact a president has on the makeup of the federal courts. When thinking about a president’s judicial nominations, attention typical is focused on the US Supreme Court since it makes the final decisions on matters of law. Yet, the district courts and appellate courts are very important as well, especially since not all cases appealed to the Supreme Court will be heard by that body, leaving the decision made by the lower court to stand as ruled.
Cases involving the Second Amendment are highly controversial, due largely to the entrenched interests on both side of the debate over an American’s right to keep and bear arms. Such a case has just been decided at the appellate court level, and the implications are serious. More on page two.
This is a matter that is not up to the courts after Trump gets done with
We need to Clean HOUSE srarting with these JUDGES are they from America? ???
Will not hold
Law abiding citizens not carrying guns makes the society dangerous!
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahqhahqhahahahahahahahahaha
This is utter horseshit! Our Constitutional rights are ours no matter what! You do not get to play pick and choose or void any of them for use of another…this is not only immoral and dishonorable but illegal! The courts are not allowed to strip away peoples rights, especially the 1st 10 amendments which are not to be touched per the law! No court has the right to simply choose on a whim that any 1 person or all persons rights can be taken. The only time any legal or ruling body has that right is after a fair trial and for the safety of the community say from a dangerous killer. But even then the criminal still has God given rights
BS locknload
So then that would mean mother fucking cops and mother fucking security guards are motherfucking dangerous
It does make you dangerous but not necessarily a criminal. You cannot assume that someone carrying a gun is a threat to your safety unless he/she exhibits aggressive behavior. However, the roblem is that in the moment such a threat can be determined, it can be too late to save your life. So to say that someone carrying a gun is dangerous, is true. It is the intent of the gun carrier that matters. Now if everyone carried a gun, everyone would be dangerous but not necessarily a threat.
“That’s right, ice-man.”
