The United Nations is once again sticking its unwanted nose into the affairs of American governance and history by suggesting that the United States should return some of the lands back to Native Americans in order to combat discrimination.
James Anaya, is a UN special rapporteur on the rights of indigenous peoples and making leaps that giving land back with somehow improve poverty issues for the Indian people. He seems to forget that the Tribes in the United States are sovereign and what happens on their reservations many times are based on the laws they create for themselves. Read more on page 2.
If the Middle East gave back the land they stole from someone else it would be a totally different world over there
Yet another reason to get out and evict them from the country. Turn the building into multi-use offices, retail and affordable housing, with veterans getting first dibs.
How about the land we “stole” from$#%&!@*Germany in WWII? Should we give that back too? Land captured in battle doesn’t get returned.

Mr. Antony Chavez…..You seriously need to read a history book if you think Mexicans are All indigenous. If they were indigenous then they would be speaking Aztec not Spanish. The people in Central America would all be speaking Mayan, not Spanish. The people of Peru would be speaking Inca not Spanish.
