If United Airlines didn’t have bad luck, it wouldn’t have any luck at all. But its recent trail of blunders can be attributed to questionable crew training and an astonishing lack of common sense.
A couple headed to Costa Rica for their wedding on Saturday afternoon were booted off their flight out of Houston. To make matters worse, they were traveling with their friends from Salt Lake City, and had a layover at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston.
This incident comes of the heels of a passenger being dragged off a flight in Chicago by airport security and a scorpion falling from an overhead bin on a passenger flying from Houston to Calgary, Canada.
Find out just how the couple got crossways with flight attendants and how United explained the incident on the next page.
Sounds like they should of sat in their assigned seats
I have an idea…..sit in the seats that you payed for. And quit trying to sit In upgraded seats that you DIDN’T pay for.
Liars. Scam
Something isn’t right. #1 why didn’t the attendant make the person occupying their seats move? As for being able to purchase an upgrade, can you purchase it on the plane instead of at the gate? Maybe the airline has a policy of leaving in purchased seats empty instead of letting people from a different class use them.
Simple solution in today’s Liberal-Lunatic run America. Travel in a full Burka and shriek religious discrimination if anyone messes with you.
I don’t believe this. Where’s all the blood, bent glasses and attorneys on the phone?
Who cares!
Well, serves them right, they should have made the sleeping$#%&!@* get up, you can’t just lay across an airline seat.
They could have had the flight attendant make the other passenger move his$#%&!@*
And this is what you come up with? Not hearing the full story ?
Did you bother to read the rest of my comment, or did you just choose the be a douche based on one sentence?
