U.S. Navy veteran and retired cop Donald Montgomery is suing New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, other state officials and the Eastern Long Island Hospital for confiscating his four handguns and pistol permit after he voluntarily sought treatment for insomnia.
The decorated, 30-year police veteran visited his primary care doctor on May 6th this year because he had trouble sleeping after moving to New York from other state.

This is B S. The police were wrong. The hospital was wrong. Cuomo is wrong also.
Sue and sue for what they did to you. They threw the Second Amendment under the bus and neet to pay the penalty for doing so. Sue and imprison all the liberals for doing this. Good for him.
