In a fitting topic for the income tax filing deadline, Tucker Carlson roasted a California politics professor on Tucker Carlson Tonight last evening for claiming wealthy Americans are not paying their “fair share” in income taxes.
Caroline Heldman, an assistant professor of politics at Occidental College in Los Angeles, argued for radically hiking taxes on taxpayers in the top one percent of income, those earning $470,000 and higher.
She based her argument in part on the fact that wealthy individuals paid as much as 90 percent in taxes during the presidencies of Dwight Eisenhower and John Kennedy.
Find out how Carlson countered her argument and revealed her for the socialist ideologue she is on the next page.
So she wants wealthy people to pay more in taxes but then justifies not paying that percentage because she donated money. It’s not the same. I’m all for philanthropy but she is not making sense.
I love it.
She essentially admits that she knows better how to spend her money than the government. This is what many of us have said for a long long time. It all boils down to this; we need to send LESS of our money to DC, not more.
They can pay more if they wish!! Help make up the deficit of the 40% who pay no taxes…

“Giving money to non-profits”? Isn’t that one of the “Loopholes” you complained about?!
Some of these people never do what they teach. It would be nice for their students to know this.
“I give my money to “non-profits”…..i.e “Loopholes”
Go Tucker Go!!
