In a fitting topic for the income tax filing deadline, Tucker Carlson roasted a California politics professor on Tucker Carlson Tonight last evening for claiming wealthy Americans are not paying their “fair share” in income taxes.
Caroline Heldman, an assistant professor of politics at Occidental College in Los Angeles, argued for radically hiking taxes on taxpayers in the top one percent of income, those earning $470,000 and higher.
She based her argument in part on the fact that wealthy individuals paid as much as 90 percent in taxes during the presidencies of Dwight Eisenhower and John Kennedy.
Find out how Carlson countered her argument and revealed her for the socialist ideologue she is on the next page.
I’m not saying we should go back to that. But there needs to be something backing our money. Let’s hope we do t find out what could happen if they keep printing it without something.
I agree with you about the free printing of money. You were spot on when you said it devalues the dollar.
You are so right. It is amazing. They complain because he is trying to do the things he promised an gets lied on stabbed in the back(figuratively) blocked at every turn. He is the first president in a very long time that has tried to keep his promises
I dont know about you but when a person files their taxes or a business the person doing those taxes is suppost to find all legal deductions an each an everyone of us that work an file taxes does that. So why is it wrong if a business or a rich person does the same legal thing we just did?
Right.
Shirley Hultquist there are two in PA that went on a “kill for thrill” spree in the 80’s. they received the death sentence. We are still feeding them. One even said he had a better chance of getting hit by a car than them carrying out the death sentence. Lesko and Travaglia are their names.
I live inGeorgia now. At least they follow through with the death sentence.
Tucker is great
Maybe the rich prefer to give to charities instead of paying higher taxes. So shove it.
