Donald Trump’s inauguration is less than a month away, and planning has kicked into high gear.
Several weeks ago, it was reported that Elton John would perform at Donald Trump’s inauguration. These rumors were quickly debunked and replaced with new rumors that Trump was seeking other A-list talent to sing at his swearing-in. Trump’s team reportedly became so desperate to land big names that many outlets reported they were willing to trade ambassadorships for performing slots.
Of course, like much of the news surrounding Trump, none of this ended up being true. In fact, Trump is reportedly not interested in inviting Hollywood celebs to his inaugural celebration.
See why he isn’t interested in big names for his inaugural on the next page:
Dish it out for 8 years can’t handle a month, who is the real snowflakes commies
I would like to see American citizens, everyday people with unrecognized talent performing. He does not need two-face, “big name” entertainers. We have so many of these people who would be honored to be part of the new government we elected.
I would make a point to spend the least amount of money in 28 years. Do the opposite of the norm. That would be great.
We have so many talented people in our churches. No one NEEDS big names. Those names are only BIG in the celeb’s nit wit minds.
I would like to see him having the kids from the Harlem Choir in New York City sing they sing in the movie Glory and they have a great voice we would love to hear that
If all he had was the Harlem Boys Choir that’s all he would need to steal the show they are good and their voices are beautiful and what a chance for them
Maybe have some of the actors from the movie that portrayed the officers in glory in that movie with the singing Denzel Washington for sure
Let the whole world here the Harlem Boys Choir it from New York City sing they are good we need no other name
Great idea. Give others a chance.
What’s in a name? The question is…. What’s in the person?
