Is America on the verge of a major crisis? According to items mentioned USA Today article on the next page, stores in Venezuela no longer carry milk, corn meal, wheat flour, pasta, rice, milk, eggs, sugar, coffee, chicken, mayonnaise, margarine, cooking oil and beef. And when they do carry it or you’re lucky enough to find it, it costs more than a fourth of their monthly minimum wage.
While culture might have something to do with the desired foods during crisis, it’s still a good idea to note what people are looking to buy over there.

Terran Murphy plants have b12. Spinach and other green foods eaten with citrus to absorb b12 is all we need. Also sprouted foods assist the small intestine(ileum) in producing our own b12. That is another lie. I worked in the nursing field for over 15 years and seen tons of patients who ate meat and had a b12 deficiency despite the use of supplements. Absorption is the issue. Animal Products are the problem because they destroy gut Flora and the ability to absorb b12

You might want to research actual sources of B12. They do not come from veggies. FYI: iron is what is absorbed from veggies by consuming vitamin C. If you are getting B12, it is from fortified sources, which is a supplement. God speed…more meat for me.

Of course source of meat matters and I don’t eat “diseased meat.” I’m amused that you resort to such juvenile commentary when called out for not knowing what you are talking about. By the way, I lost 90lbs by eliminating grains and sugar from my diet and am healthier at 44 than I was at 20. Game, set, match. =)
