While some celebrities are content with just slamming our President with insults on Twitter, others feel they must up the bar with anti-American displays of such magnitude that makes one wonder if they have always been so self-destructive. After seeing Kathy Griffen destroy her career with one picture, a celebrity has to be either completely self-sabotaging or have some sort of god complex to want to do such a thing to themselves. Todd Rundgren is one such artist.
The “Hello It’s Me” singer was talking to the magazine to promote his latest album, White Knight, which is filled with collaborations with artists such as Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor and Joe Walsh.
One song on the album, “Tin Foil Hat,” is a direct jab at Trump, written and performed with Steely Dan co-founder Donald Fagen. The lyrics reference Trump’s now-famous descent down an escalator at Trump Tower to announce his presidential run, and add that Trump tweets “like a teenage girl” and “puts the ‘pluto’ in ‘plutocrat.’”

Who ?
Too bad Rundgren disses Trump quite so rabidly. He’s always been a liberal. Whilst he may be disillusioned politically, he’s still “A Wizard, a True Star” musically.
