Well that certainly didn’t take long! On the heels of the Supreme Court decision on same-sex marriage, an opt-ed published in Time magazine calls for churches and religious institutions to lose their tax-exempt status.
“The Supreme Court’s ruling on gay marriage makes it clearer than ever that the government shouldn’t be subsidizing religion and non-profits,” reads the subtitle from the Time piece.

This is wrong. States and churches should always be separate. We have Freedon of Religious right to protect all religious including Buddha and MUSLIMS.
When Muslim’s are asked to give up their religion and their tax exempt status, we’ll think about it BUT that will never happen so we’re safe!!!
Religion isn’t allowed in government so government should stay out of religion.
Then why doesn’t religion stay the hell out of government. It’s a two edged sword. Practice your religion but stop trying to control people with your beliefs. Contrary to religious dogma your beliefs aren’t the only game in town.
