In an election season in which the GOP field seems to be clamoring for the most simple tax policy, Texas Senator Ted Cruz has outlined a bold plan for the IRS: he wants to shut it down. Advocating a flat tax policy of 10%, effective only after the first $36,000 in income, Cruz argues his plan is so straightforward the IRS itself is unecessary.

Any illegal should be deported immediately upon conviction if secondary broken law. Hold until plane is loaded. Fly them to Mexico City and bill the Mexican government for the flight.
