Teacher Forces Students To Place Heads In Urine-Filled Bucket

Although a “personnel matter” might be a suitable term for an employee showing up late to work or not doing their job, it most certainly isn’t for a school instructor, whose judgement and character parents and children are supposed to trust, ordering students to place their heads in a urine-filled bucket, as Martin rightly argues:

“King William school leaders sent a note home warning that children may have been exposed to bodily fluids in the classroom. Parents say the instructor has been teaching for 26 years. School leaders confirm the teacher is still on the job.

‘This is a personnel matter,’ said school leaders in a statement. ‘Appropriate action has been taken to ensure that such conduct does not repeat itself. We will have no further comment.’

Martin is not pleased with the response.

‘I don’t think anything is appropriate. That lady was in there teaching my son today,’ said Martin. ‘I don’t understand how the administration lets her come back and direct those kids.’

Martin even filed a formal complaint citing ‘unprofessional conduct.’

‘They want to sweep it under the rug like it never happened,’ said Martin. ‘That is not acceptable.’

Dad says the school has given him the option of moving his son to another class, but dad says he feels that would be punishing the wrong person.”
