Despite making up a very small percentage of the United States population, transgender people — and transgender rights — have been in the news quite a bit lately. The heaviest estimates indicate that 1/400 Americans are transgender. Transgender is not to be confused with transsexual — a term denoting someone who has actually had surgery to change their sexual appearance. To be considered transgender, all one has to do is “identify” as the opposite gender.
The differences between sex and gender have largely been lost on the people advocating for “transgender rights” — or the right for men who identify as women (and vice versa) to be able to use a different bathroom. Sex — being the biological differences between male and female — is the determining factor when one designs restroom facilities. Gender — being the social and cultural roles traditionally associated with sex — does not actually factor into the practicality of restroom use.
But none of this matters to liberals who have taken on this cause, and anyone who opposes them is now branded a “transphobic” bigot. Retail giant Target waded into the restroom controversy Tuesday by announcing they will now allow those who identify as transgender to use the restroom and changing room of their choice.

I BET THEY LOOSE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS
i never shop in Target ,but i know lot of people who will stop shopping there.
Last time I was in a Walmart was about 2 years ago. I entered thru the main entrance, first thing I saw was 3 beings covered head to toe in a big black sheet with little peep holes to see out. If I entered the store wearing a mask I expect I would have been asked to leave! On seeing these 3 beings I couldn’t help but wonder, were they men or women, were they wearing bomb vests, were they carrying automatic weapons? I turnedaround and walked out…never to return!

Target’s Transgender Restroom Policy has Already led to Cases of ‘Peeping Toms’

Target recently announced it’s policy concerning transgenders using public restrooms, stating they can use the facilities that suit the gender they “self-identify” as, causing widespread controversy across the country.
Well, it turns out this policy isn’t anything new, nor is it a direct result of what’s going down in North Carolina.
However, Target’s policy has already come under fire for previous incidents that have placed women and children directly in danger of becoming victims of sex predators.
From IJR:
It’s not clear when this became official policy, but one can assume it started in 2014, when the popular retailer declared their support for same-sex marriage, which was four years after their then-CEO became a target of the activist left mob after it was discovered the company contributed $150,000 to a politician who opposed gay marriage. Target has been atoning for that, ahem, transgression ever since, and are back in the good graces of liberal LGBT leaders. Their Wednesday announcement was no exception.
At least this move was a decision made by a private business – not government, which, ironically, is right in line with the so-called “bathroom bill” that recently passed in North Carolina.
But the ugly thing about this “not new” policy is that it may have already led to the victimization of women and children. A simple Google search provides dozens of cases of Peeping Toms arrested at Target stores across the country for taking pictures and/or videos of women and children in various states of undress in Target’s fitting rooms and bathrooms. Here are some examples:
March 2014 – Rhode Island: Police find more [Target] “upskirting” videos from Rhode Island man
September 2014 – Ohio: Cleves man charged with peeping at boy in Western Hills Target bathroom [repeat offender]
November 2014 – South Carolina: Anderson PD: ‘Peeping Tom’ took pics of people in Target bathroom
November 2014 – California: Target Employee Arrested, Allegedly Photographed Woman In Dressing Room [‘Torres was convicted of a similar crime last year’]
February 2015 – Hawaii: Kona ‘Peeping Tom’ sentenced [peeped on a woman in a Target restroom]
March 2015 – Pennsylvania: Man [Admitted] Secretly Recording Women in Target Dressing Rooms
April 2015 – Missouri: Police: Peeping tom caught filming women in Brentwood Target dressing rooms
April 2015 – Oklahoma: Woman Chases Down Peeping Tom from Target Dressing Room
August 2015 – Maryland: Kingsville man held in suspected Bel Air peeping Tom incident [at Target]
April 2016 – Ohio: Miami Township Target peeping Tom pleads guilty
Some might be wondering how in the world these men were able to get access to the restrooms?
Well, it turns out Target’s policy enables men to have access to the women’s restroom even if they don’t dress like a woman at all. This, of course, means regular pervy dudes have full access to the restroom your daughter or wife is using and can pretty much do as they please.
Men walking into the women’s restroom are not to be questioned by Target employees because doing so could be “harmful” to their mental well being.
If that sounds like a crock of bull you-know-what, that’s because it is.
It’s mind blowing to me that in the year 2016 we’re having legitimate debates about whether or not a person can choose their own sex and gender and whether men should be allowed to have access to restroom and shower facilities that were once for women only.
How insane has modern culture become when such a thing is on the brink of being accepted as morally right and “normal?”
Sad times
Bye
I have problem not going. You can find same stuff cheaper elsewhere.
Wrong, very wrong
I don’t belong there. Wonder if there are enough of the weird people for them to stay in business??
