The tiny girl was found naked and being sexually assaulted by three boys at the Twin Falls home. Had a neighbor not found her, who knows what worse could have happened.
KMVT has confirmed that a reported sexual assault that possibly occurred near the Fawnbrook Apartments is being investigated by the Twin Falls Police Department. The incident allegedly occurred on June 2.
Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs has confirmed the investigation to Idaho’s First News, but he says there will be no charges filed in the case until the police investigation is complete.
Several unconfirmed reports concerning the case are circulating on social media. Both the Twin Falls Police Department and the prosecutor’s office have declined to comment publicly on the case while it is still under investigation.
This vague report has left out crucial details that have surfaced on social media and other websites.

Three young Syrian children living with their refugee families in Idaho spotted a 5-year-old girl playing near their apartments. Grabbing a knife from their home, the boys lead the little girl away to the laundry complex where they used a cellphone to record the stomach-churning events that have shocked the U.S. and prompted mass outrage over the influx of Syrian refugees.
Two weeks after the incident, a 5-year-old girl, who is underdeveloped due to being born prematurely, was playing in between apartment units just feet away from her family when three neighbor boys put a knife to her throat and forced her into the laundry unit. The boys are ages 13, 10, and 8, and are Syrian refugee children from 2 families resettled in the apartments. What happened next is too sickening for mere words.
The neighbor states that the Syrian boys stripped the girl naked, raped her, and urinated on her body and in her mouth. Although the two younger boys were unable to perform sexually due to their ages, the 13 “coached” the pair while he videoed the sexual assault after his own participation.
The victim’s mother was quickly notified, and she managed to snatch the cellphone from the trio before they fled back home. The girl’s father viewed the horrific footage, witnessing his daughter sexually abused and humiliated by the refugee children.
After two and a half hours, Twin Falls Police finally arrived but no arrests were made. Even after police were shown the video of the rape, the neighbor says that a “language barrier” prevented officials from doing much of anything.
Another report stated that the victim’s grandmother was the one to discover the assault and immediately called the little girl’s mom.
The victim’s mother took the video/phone from the 13 year old. Witnessed by the victims mother:
The 13 year olds father arrived on the scene and hi-fived his son. A mother of the perps arrived and knew only enough English to repeatedly say, “No police”.
The Twin Falls City Council also plays into the equation as they claimed ignorance of the story, but also condemned the concerned citizens addressing the role of the Muslim Syrian immigrants living in their town.
View the video and listen to the pompous nature of the council toward those they represent. One member claimed that they have had no say in the Refugee Center being in Twin Falls, but it is still their responsibility to make sure that their citizens are protected from those living in the good graces and the boundaries of the United States.
