A jury decided last year that the owner of a small organic farm, Shellie Smith, still owes $4000 after a raid by SWAT that destroyed her farm.
Garden of Eden, a small organic in Arlington, Texas, was the target of a SWAT raid in 10-hour long search with Smith being held at gunpoint at one point.
Arlington police dept. stated that there were complaints of marijuana being grown on the premises, but none was found on the property. Instead, law enforcement confiscated 17 blackberry bushes, 15 okra plants, 14 tomatillo plants, native grasses and sunflowers.

It’s OK they won’t succeed in keeping the revolution down. They feel safe on there armoured monster terrorizing the weak. Just wait till there are 30+ strong men that are armed and fully trained in combat lurking in the hills waiting to strike.
The problem at the border is due to the problem in the White House. There are laws, but Obama ignores any existing laws and the Constitution, and orders what he wants done.
wonder what the Swat unit in Anchorage is going to raid someone for. Too much ice on their driveway. This is sick.. What has happened to my country.. Communism is what.. Put Communism and Islam together and we are doomed unless we fight back!!
