A jury decided last year that the owner of a small organic farm, Shellie Smith, still owes $4000 after a raid by SWAT that destroyed her farm.
Garden of Eden, a small organic in Arlington, Texas, was the target of a SWAT raid in 10-hour long search with Smith being held at gunpoint at one point.
Arlington police dept. stated that there were complaints of marijuana being grown on the premises, but none was found on the property. Instead, law enforcement confiscated 17 blackberry bushes, 15 okra plants, 14 tomatillo plants, native grasses and sunflowers.

Only problem is they will then start indiscriminately killing civilians as Stalin did. You rebel he killed you whole village.

We must stop tyranny!
Ok swat team aren’t you a little embarrassed by what you’re leader is telling you to do. Lol
It is very difficult to do anything to feed yourself in the city. There are so many rules and regulations regarding even having a chicken or two on your yard. The government would like to control your whole life and make us totally depend on them for everything. If you control our food, you control us. Have at least a small garden in your back yard. If you live in an apartment, at least have a few containers of something. I always have at least tomatoes. Here in Az. I can have a small dwarf lemon tree. At least learn how to grow some of your food. You may need to be able to do it someday.
So are we for cops or against cops? Seems to switch every other day
We need more blueberry control laws!
And god forbid lets do something about terrorst training camps!!!!! What the hell??? People something aint right now, our own government is against us
