A jury decided last year that the owner of a small organic farm, Shellie Smith, still owes $4000 after a raid by SWAT that destroyed her farm.
Garden of Eden, a small organic in Arlington, Texas, was the target of a SWAT raid in 10-hour long search with Smith being held at gunpoint at one point.
Arlington police dept. stated that there were complaints of marijuana being grown on the premises, but none was found on the property. Instead, law enforcement confiscated 17 blackberry bushes, 15 okra plants, 14 tomatillo plants, native grasses and sunflowers.

In most jurisdictions, code violations are handled by a code enforcement officer and not SWAT, as violations are not a crime.
Shame on SWAT, it show what kind of puppets they are, being manipulate to brake civil rights, and don’t have the ball’s to say, that’s not what this agency is for.
Why does she owe? Those who filed complaints need to pay
They should pay her a million dollars for their mistake and apologize to the state of fexas
Sorry Arlington, Texas, but I think you should be sued for damages. Also, it seems a little bit of over kill as to how you handled it. Shame on who ever ordered this raid. Dumb assed thing to do! Tyranny at its finest!
Not gonna stop until we are all dead only question is what are we gonna do about it? Will we be lead as the Jews were to the death houses, or will we fight?
More stupidity on governments side!!
? Why would they take these items?
