When the average person thinks of Yellowstone National Park, beautiful scenery, colorful geysers, bears and buffalo probably come to mind.
What most people don’t know is that the park sits on top of a supervolcano and the area is subject to frequent earthquake swarms.
Since June 12, more than 400 earthquakes have been recorded in Yellowstone. The latest one was yesterday, a magnitude 3 earthquake that struck 8.6 miles north-northeast of West Yellowstone, Montana.
With so much seismic activity, is there a risk that the multiplicity of earthquakes could trigger a volcanic eruption?
Find out what leading scientists think on the next page, as well as what the impact of a supervolcano eruption could be.
Well Ro Dale Angel. Aren’t you a ray of sunshine?
Not like we can do much about it.
If you study prophecy , especially revelation , you will discover that most of mankind will perish during the tribulation period. I’m not concerned, because I gave my life to Jesus. I have the blessed hope of heaven .

No
It’s the Russians no doubt.
Larry Griffie Yellowstone has erupted several times in the past. You can mark it’s path in the dormant craters due to continental drift. Life has continued. Just because there has never been a super volcano eruption in recorded history doesn’t mean God’s punishing us. It’s not the end of the world ( it will be for many of us). Life will continue.
No body said it would. Man made it through the ice age. But Yellowstone if erupts will change the world as we know it. Kiss your smart phones and other electronics goodbye. Most people will not know how to live and survive like our ancestors.
It’s going to be a doozy !! Can’t blame this fart on the dog.
