The Supreme Court has just given law enforcement the right to enter one’s home without a warrant.
In a 6-3 decision, Justice Alito penned that, “When occupants of a residents disagree on whether they will admit police without a warrant, the objecting occupant must be physically present. That doesn’t change if police have removed the objector,” Read page 2 for background on the case and ruling.
the supreme court isn’t making laws. its congress’s job. then the supreme court can discuss the constitionality of the new law. its rather odd how, since civics class 60 years ago, have become all skewed into 1 giant gov’t
I love and support our police…I don’t support cops that disobey the constitution and blindly follow Obama and his kangaroo court. Cops took an oath. Of they fail to uphold that oath, they invalidate their constabulary rights and protections. Thusly they are criminals . but don’t ever confuse my support for oath keepers
It is not Police they want this for but UN Cop so they can do what they want to us
Jason Greenburg We are going to kick some lib but soon…. And It’s going to be fun as hell
Albert Gloria what a dumb statement that is…

I believe the police had PC when they first arrived and saw the condition of the woman who had been beaten. When they asked the question about being allow access, of course the man was going to say no, because he would have faced more charges. The woman initially said yes because she wanted the man out of the home for her safety. Once the man was gone, the woman was asked by the police about access and she repeated the affirmative. Later she may have reconsidered her decision and decided to lay her allowing the police in to search due to intimidation by them. More than likely, she is more worried about intimidation by the man who was just arrested and removed from the home if and when he is released from jail.
