The Supreme Court in a unanimous 9-0 vote strengthened the law that states if someone is found guilty of domestic violence, even if no actual violence was proved, they can’t own a gun.
What part of ‘shall not be infringed’ regarding the 2nd Amendment do these ‘justices’ not understand?
To take someone’s gun because they have been involved in domestic violence will NOT stop domestic violence from occurring in the future.
These 2 issues are not related in any way.

Passing that and making us comply is a whole another story
When you got a couple patriots standing saying it ain’t going happen I bet it don’t
This better go for cops and security folks as we’ll
Yup , cops always have domestic disputes and boy guess the criminal will be the only one’s exempt as usual.
chipping away piece by piece our rights
besides the fact the the police state of America, the police can write whatever they want on a ticket/summons to appear. So lets say `the neighbors dog has kept you up all night`.so if the cop is pissed cuz of his small penis, he decides to write `domestic violence` on his call to your house. guess what, all of the family guns are gone. like they state in the article, “no proof necessary”…. sickening!!!
American Idiot says:
“Excellent point, and question!”
