The Supreme Court in a unanimous 9-0 vote strengthened the law that states if someone is found guilty of domestic violence, even if no actual violence was proved, they can’t own a gun.
What part of ‘shall not be infringed’ regarding the 2nd Amendment do these ‘justices’ not understand?
To take someone’s gun because they have been involved in domestic violence will NOT stop domestic violence from occurring in the future.
These 2 issues are not related in any way.

I know this law will save everyone; sorry I’am laughing
hummm got to be found guilty first and thats saying hey mr. prosecutor we want you to make these people automatically guilty even if theres not evidence of guilt cause we law breaking judes say so and want all the guns folks don’t buy your guns at a store so they can see who has one buy one of their black market guns where nobody knows
Infringement is whatever government SAYS its. The law is whatever Obama says it is. The Congress is just for show, and THE PEOPLE exist to SERVE government.
james , you don’t get it, its even if no violence was proved, have seen many women holler domestic violence and it not happen just to get back at their spouse, even though no violence occurred
Even if no abuse was done ??? That is ridiculous !
and also james stuppia, have seen neighbors call the cops on people who were just arguing, and no violence was happening and still someone went to jail over it, you don’t get it
The only problem i have with this is when it comes to relationships people will sometimes fabricate accusations in order to be vindictive , especially if they think they can deprive someone of something they love so much !! So at the very least the burden of proof should be very high !!!
They human also, they want no one to have a gun, but they will be ok
so if my psycho gf beats me and bruises herself in the process i will be arrested(they always take the womans word) i can never own a gun(legally) thats bull$#%&!@*
with no actual evidence, isnt that like unless they admit to it and plea bargain, the same thing as not guilty?
