Our Supreme Court gave police a easy means to enter your home without a warrant earlier this year – as long as one occupant agrees.
Judge Napolitano states, “The police can arrest the person who says ‘no’ [to the search], get him off the scene and they are left with the person saying ‘yes’ and use that as a means to get on the property.”

Let the Judges be the first one’s to enter !!!
You better go by the book in this state!!
Well Gestapo tactics have to start somewhere.
WHAT IF ALL SAY NO ??THEN THEY BUST THEIR WAY IN ANY WAY…
One more bites the dust !!!
This is not Right
They made it very simple for the police. With the thousands of laws and regulations available, the police can always find a reason to arrest anyone. If you refuse permission, they arrest you, and move on to the next person to repeat the process, until someone agrees to avoid arrest.
Lets say there are 5 or 6 people in the house ==== Everyone can be arrested until someone says yes? Intimidation. Isn’t that a violation of proable cause and resonable search laws? If there is proable cause a warrant is needed.
Good old republican Supreme Court
