The U.S. Supreme Court has just green-lit law enforcement officers to enter American homes without a warrant.
At least there was some dissent; Justice Alito wrote about the 6-3 decision that, “When occupants of a residence disagree on whether they will admit police without a warrant, the objecting occupant must be physically present. That doesn’t change if police have removed the objector…”
Just turn that over in your mind for a moment and you can start to see how truly dangerous a precedent that is!
Read page 2 for background on the case and ruling:
supreme Court all their learning in college, they need to be replace with a middle class person
The supreme court has now become the travesty court!
First one to enter my door WILL get a visit to the I.C.U. I sleep right next to the front door, and good luck getting in my back door, 4 locks opens out and the dogs sleep right by that one. And I have security cameras. Plus my whole neighborhood for a square mile is all my friends so when they ride down the street I know already before they reach me. And I don’t even break the law.
If this is the way it is, there is a thing called citizens arrest, the minute their boot breaks my propery plain I WILL attempt to restrain WITH violence if necessary for trespassing. And god pray I don’t have a blackout flash back because one might get KILLED
and risk getting shot????
Obama’s filthy$#%&!@*s. You would think our Americans wouldn’t turn against our people,
No, this is actually a good thing, because rather than keeping these pieces of garbage safe, you’re going to be seeing more and more of them blown away when they break into someone’s house “legally.” Eventually, as more and more incidents of that occur, they’ll get the message personally.
next to seize our weapons …
Read the article before you post… paranoia will destroy ya
Actaully, this is a GOOD thing, because now, instead of the Supreme Court helping to keep these thugs safe, you’ll see more and more of them getting a face full of lead when they “legally” break into someone’s home. I guess they’ll have to learn their lesson the hard way. . . Sad.
