Kendra Turner, 17, of Dyersburg, Tennessee was suspended because she said ‘bless you’ to another student who sneezed.
It seems that the teacher has a list of words you can’t say in class, and ‘bless you’ is on the list. The teacher told the Turner “Now we will not have godly speaking in my class.”

TR let me get this straight you are against the police policing in the vile manners that they have I’m with you but you are on the side of teachers suppressing our children’s free will to express themselves even when it comes to manners I’m not with you, if you want the country to be free from complete government reign you should want the schools to teach in that manner not say shut up and what I say goes. If our children who will one day be the generation in charge don’t learn to stand up and take charge then our country is doomed and your social security benefits will not exist, a bit of a radical statement I know but this suspension however minor it may seem leads to larger problems with our school systems
