This week in Washington more than 100 state legislators will meet to amend the Constitution in order to fundamentally change Congress.
They will seek to impose term limits on Congressional members as well as force them to abide by the same laws the rest of us Americans must follow.
Imagine that, servants having to obey the same laws as their masters.
