The report goes on to say:
The post, which does not identify the sergeant involved, says he walked into the Starbucks at 13th and Chestnut streets and asked to use the restroom, for which a key code is required. The employee, according to the post, “State[d] in a loud voice … that the bathroom is for paying customers only.” The post goes on to say that the sergeant asked politely to use the restroom anyway, and that the Starbucks employee declined to grant access.
In reply to Leighthardt’s post on Starbucks’ official Facebook page, Starbucks wrote in part, “We are aware of this situation, and it is certainly not in line with the experience we want any of our customers to have in our stores. We are taking all necessary steps to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future.”
How about firing the employee? How about an official public apology? How about a day at Starbucks where police officers are given free coffee? Police officers do not get free food and free this and that as most people think. In fact its against most officer’s codes in most departments. Used to be, they were offered free food or drink in neighborhoods plagued by crime by mom and pop shops who appreciated the officers presence especially in high crime areas.
Cops are akin to our Military. They are the guardians at home keeping us safe. But thanks to hate groups like Black Lives Matter that these ignorant youths (and 20 something kids who work at Starbucks) look up to, they really believe the police is ALL corrupt, the absolutism that infects every hate filled bigot, racists, misogynists group/individual in America.
Video below shows what ignorant young adults caught in their overly brainwashed lives are putting together today:

I can not believe cops would do that unless you ask for it.
That employee should be fired..
Lol woman there is a lot that cops do. I’m respectful but that doesn’t matter
The guy that broke into our house and robbed us insisted that the cops “set him up.” Our tv and computer were at his mother’s house and he had some of our stuff at his house. He also left his cap in my house. Yeah, he was set up alright. Delusional? Yes. Set up? No.
There are bad people in every profession. Inept doctors kill people every day but we don’t call open season on them for people to kill them all. About 100,000 people die every year because of error with medications or doctors killing their patients. It doesn’t make the news because it doesn’t fit the government’s and the media’s agenda to strip us of our guns. This fight against the cops needs to stop and we all need to stick together as a nation to keep our rights.
Don’t think she wants her job!
Daniel Paige stop blaming the world for your mistakes, stop blaming officers who go to work and deal with scum…police work is noble and brave.
Mic E Vee. You must be a “hoodlum,” by your language. Try to learn what respect is for all people. God Bless You.
This is just getting ridiculous.
Would Starbucks employees allow any non-customers to use the restroom? N0. Is this a company policy? Yes. Did the employee follow his company policy? Yes. Should any group be singled out for different treatment? NO. So why is everyone crying that some officer in Philadelphia didn’t get singled out and treated differently?
Well that’s Starbucks for you! They don’t want cops to have guns ether! The prez of starbucks is a weird o and the kids he hires are power crazy!
