Starbucks in downtown Philadelphia faced a firestorm after a story was posted to Facebook revealing that a “liberal” clerk loudly refused to let a uniformed city police officer use the restroom.
Philadelphia Police Sergeant Joe Leighthardt posted his officer’s the frustrating experience. In short order thousands of comments responded to Leighthardt’s post. Now find out Starbuck’s response on the next page:
To late, iy should have never happened.
Is anyone fired no
That means nothing. You not sorry nor do you care. You just want the business.
Will not work!
WellSean, on that thought, I guess when this store gets robbed the police can refuse to respond or of it catches on fire the fire department can refuse to respond. ?????
Why it is there job to respond. So if a business doesn’t give cops or fireman special treatment they don’t deserve service ?
I won’t spend any money there , but then again I never did but 1 time. I thought the coffee was horrible. It’s overpriced, taste burned. & nasty. My opinion only. Sorry
Having respect for the law has absolutely nothing to do with special treatment for the bullies in blue.
Yes you can…it is obvious the lack of training is the problem…the Mensa rejects they hire need to be informed..in advance that Starbucks will not tolerate this..period.
